At Imagine Brick, we know how important it is for your LEGO® sets, minifigures, and parts to arrive safely. Every order is packed with care to help ensure it reaches you in excellent condition.

Our Promise: We package every order with the same care we'd expect if we were the customer. Whether you're buying a collectible sealed set, a rare minifigure, or individual LEGO® parts, our goal is for your order to arrive safely and exactly as described.


Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

During product launches, sales, conventions, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.


Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Package weight
  • Package dimensions
  • Delivery destination
  • Selected shipping method

We strive to offer fair and competitive shipping rates.


Domestic Shipping

We currently ship throughout the United States using trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx.

Delivery estimates are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed.


International Shipping

International shipping may be available to select countries.

Customers are responsible for any applicable:

  • Customs duties
  • Import taxes
  • VAT
  • Brokerage fees

These charges are determined by the destination country and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.


Packaging

Every order is carefully packaged to help protect collectible items during transit.

Depending on the item, we may use:

  • Protective bubble wrap
  • Poly bags
  • Cardboard reinforcement
  • Shipping boxes
  • Packing paper
  • Additional cushioning for collectible or high-value items

Our goal is for your order to arrive in the same condition it left our store.


Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear after the carrier receives your package.


Lost or Delayed Shipments

After a package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, delivery times are outside of our control.

If your shipment appears delayed or lost:

  • Verify the shipping address on your order.
  • Check your tracking information for updates.
  • Contact the shipping carrier if appropriate.
  • If you still need assistance, contact us and we'll do our best to help.

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged packaging
  • Photos of the damaged item(s)

We'll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.

If an incorrect address is entered and the order has not yet shipped, contact us immediately.

Once an order has shipped, we may be unable to change the delivery address.

Additional shipping charges may apply if a package is returned because of an incorrect address.


Missing Packages

If tracking indicates that a package has been delivered but you cannot locate it:

  • Check around your property.
  • Ask household members or neighbors.
  • Contact the shipping carrier.

If the package still cannot be located, please contact us so we can assist with the next steps.


Shipping Restrictions

Some products may have shipping restrictions based on destination, carrier limitations, or applicable laws.

If we cannot ship an item to your location, we will notify you promptly and issue a refund if necessary.
