Return & Refund Policy

At Imagine Brick, we want you to shop with confidence. Every order is carefully inspected and packaged before shipment. If there is a problem with your order, we're here to help.


Return Eligibility

Returns may be requested within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be in the same condition it was received.
  • Item must include all original packaging, accessories, and components when applicable.
  • Item must not show signs of use, damage, or alteration beyond what was described in the listing.

A proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.


New & Sealed LEGO® Sets

New, factory-sealed LEGO® sets may be returned if:

  • The factory seals remain intact.
  • The set has not been opened.
  • The item is returned in sellable condition.

Opened or unsealed sets are generally not eligible for return unless they arrived damaged or incorrect.


Used LEGO® Sets

Used LEGO® sets are sold as described in each listing.

Please review product descriptions and photos carefully before purchasing.

Returns for used sets are accepted only if:

  • The item received does not match the listing description.
  • The incorrect item was shipped.
  • The item arrived significantly damaged during shipping.

Individual LEGO Parts & Minifigures

Due to the collectible nature of individual LEGO parts and minifigures, all sales are generally considered final.

Exceptions include:

  • Incorrect item shipped
  • Missing item from your order
  • Item damaged during shipment

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us and we'll work to make it right.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item:

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos of the product and packaging (if applicable)

We will review the issue promptly and determine the appropriate resolution.


Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we'll notify you of the status of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow several business days for your financial institution to process the refund.


Return Shipping

If the return is due to:

  • Our error
  • An incorrect item
  • A damaged shipment

Imagine Brick will provide return shipping instructions.

For all other approved returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed.

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are generally not eligible for return:

  • Opened factory-sealed LEGO® sets
  • Custom-built items
  • Digital products (if offered)
  • Gift cards
  • Items marked as Final Sale
  • Individual LEGO parts or minifigures unless shipped incorrectly or damaged

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before shipment.

Once an order has shipped, it must follow the return process outlined above.
