Are your LEGO® products authentic?

Yes. Unless otherwise stated, every LEGO product sold by Imagine Brick is a genuine LEGO® product.

Imagine Brick is an independent reseller and is not affiliated with or endorsed by the LEGO Group.


Do you sell new and used LEGO products?

Yes.

Our inventory includes:

How quickly do you ship orders?

Most orders are processed within one business day.

Orders placed after our daily shipping cutoff may ship the following business day.

Tracking information is emailed once your order has shipped.


Which shipping carriers do you use?

We primarily ship using USPS.

Available shipping options are displayed during checkout based on your location and order.


Do you ship internationally?

Currently, Imagine Brick ships within the United States only.

We hope to expand international shipping in the future.


Can I return my order?

Yes.

How are collectible items graded?

We strive to provide honest, accurate descriptions of every product.

Product photos and descriptions identify condition, packaging, completeness, and any known imperfections whenever applicable.

What happens if my order arrives damaged?

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Include your order number and photos of the product and packaging so we can quickly resolve the issue.


Can I cancel my order?

Orders may be canceled before they are shipped.

Once an order has shipped, it must follow our Return & Refund Policy.


Do you combine shipping?

Whenever possible, multiple items purchased in the same order are packaged together.

Shipping charges are calculated during checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order.
