Shipping Information

At Imagine Brick, we take pride in carefully packaging every order. Whether you're purchasing a collectible LEGO® set, individual parts, or minifigures, we want your order to arrive safely and securely.


Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1 business day.
  • Orders placed after our daily shipping cutoff may be processed the following business day.
  • Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or major U.S. holidays.

If there is an unexpected delay, we'll contact you as soon as possible.


Shipping Methods

We currently ship using USPS and offer shipping options based on your order during checkout.

Available shipping methods may include:

  • USPS Ground Advantage
  • USPS Priority Mail
  • USPS Priority Mail Express (when available)

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on package size, weight, and destination.


Shipping Area

At this time, Imagine Brick ships within the United States only.

We plan to expand to additional countries in the future.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Tracking updates are provided directly by the shipping carrier.


Packaging

Every order is packaged with care to help protect your LEGO products during transit.

Collectible items receive additional attention to help ensure they arrive in the condition described.


Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

After an order has been accepted by the shipping carrier, delivery times are outside our control.

If your package:

  • Arrives damaged
  • Appears to be lost
  • Has not moved in transit for an extended period

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please verify your shipping address before completing your purchase.

Imagine Brick is not responsible for delays or additional shipping costs caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided during checkout.

If you notice an error immediately after placing your order, contact us right away. We'll do our best to update the address before the package ships.


Multiple Orders

Orders placed separately may ship separately and cannot always be combined after they have been submitted.
