At Imagine Brick, we want every customer to shop with confidence. We carefully inspect and accurately describe every item we sell. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for eligible items.
To qualify for a return:
- Item must be unused and in the same condition it was received.
- All original packaging, accessories, and contents must be included.
- Proof of purchase is required.
Sealed LEGO® Sets
Sealed sets may be returned if:
- The factory seals remain completely intact.
- The box has not been opened or tampered with.
- The set is returned in the same condition it was shipped.
Returns may be refused if the factory seals have been broken.
Pre-Owned LEGO Sets
Unless otherwise stated, pre-owned sets are sold as described.
Returns are accepted only if:
- The item received does not match the listing description.
- The wrong item was shipped.
- The item arrived significantly damaged during shipping.
LEGO Parts & Minifigures
Due to the nature of individual parts and minifigures, all sales are generally final.
If you receive:
- the wrong item,
- missing items,
- or a damaged item,
please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the packaging
- Photos of the item received
We will work quickly to resolve the issue through a replacement, refund, or store credit.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was ours.
Return Shipping
If the return is due to:
- Our mistake
- Incorrect item shipped
- Damaged shipment
Imagine Brick will provide a prepaid return label.
For all other approved returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Cancellations
Orders may be canceled prior to shipment.
Once an order has shipped, it must follow the standard return process.
